Armed Forces Campaign
In Sussex there are an estimated 130,000 military veterans. At SCFT we recognise that there are unique health needs relating to military service. If you, a friend, or family member have served in the armed forces, we invite you to explore the apps on this carousel which aim to support the health and wellbeing of veterans, alongside other NHS services. They may not all be right for you so if you have any questions, please discuss with your health professional or browse the wider library of assured apps.
